Abstract
I am Huang Zhang, now as a postdoctoral scholar in Dr. Pratim Biswas’ lab from Washington University in St. Louis.

I got my Ph.D (2015) from Tsinghua University, China. My research interest during my Ph.D work was gas-liquid two phase flow modeling, which is helpful in optimizing the design of moisture separator (or droplet eliminator) in Chemical/Nuclear/Environmental Engineering. Then I stayed in Tsinghua University for accomplishing 2 years postdoctoral work. My interest jumped to aerosol modeling to understand the performance of Electrostatic Precipitator (ESP). In 2017, I came to Washington University in St. Louis (WUSTL) to continue my research on aerosol modeling. In WUSTL, my aerosol modeling work is used to understand the performance of aerosol instrument, like Differential Mobility Analyzer (DMA). Also, I have a master degree in computer science from Tsinghua University. Thus, my practical knowledge of computer science lets me be able to participate in a project on analyzing air quality data by Machine Learning approaches.

I am looking for a faculty position or research engineer in industry.

My contract will end with WUSTL on Aug 31, 2020.

My geographical preference is on the Western coast. California, Washington or Oregon State is good for me.
