Frederick R. Weisman Art Museum
Designed by famed avant-garde architect Frank Gehry, the Frederick R. Weisman
Art Museum is the place to see some of the United States' most
renowned contemporary art. Here, you'll find pieces by artists such as Andy
Warhol, Georgia O'Keeffe and Roy Lichtenstein, not to mention an impressive
collection of ceramics and Korean furniture. The Weisman Art Museum is located
on the University of Minnesota campus with a great view of the Mississippi
River. Admission is free.
